Steel is made through a four-step process using the Crusher, Crafting Table, Metallurgic Infuser, and Furnace.

Step 1: Make Silicon​

  • Place Sand in a Crusher to turn it into Pixelmon Silicon.
  • You need 8 Silicon for each crafting operation.

Step 2: Craft Enriched Iron​

  • Surround an Iron Block with 8 Silicon in a Crafting Table.
  • This creates 6 Enriched Iron, or 8 after the improved staged recipe is unlocked.

Step 3: Make Steel Dust​

  • Supply a Metallurgic Infuser with Carbon from Coal or Charcoal.
  • Place the Enriched Iron into the machine to create Steel Dust.

Step 4: Smelt the Steel​

  • Smelt the Steel Dust in a Furnace to create Steel Ingots.
tip

Keep the Infuser supplied with Carbon and clear out other infusion types before starting.
