Spaceworms turn unusual eggs into living production lines. Each species has its own output, preferred food, and Wormsoil setup, so the system rewards careful discovery rather than one universal farm.
The full loop
- Find an Egg through mob drops, blocks, weather, structures, or other hidden conditions.
- Inspect its clues: base Stability, favored liquid, and favored petal.
- Incubate it and raise the success chance by matching those clues.
- Prepare Wormsoil for the resulting species.
- Feed the worm to restore Energy, then collect its renewable resource.
- Breed strong adults and keep offspring with useful stats or traits.
Start small
Learn the system with common Bone, String, Gunpowder, Coal, or Iron worms before risking rare eggs. Keep a notebook or shared community chart of confirmed egg sources and incubation matches.
What to watch
- Energy powers production and breeding.
- Age is the worm's remaining working life.
- Fertility improves breeding output.
- Traits such as Energetic, Fertile, Efficient, and Mutant change performance.
